Florence Bastin founded Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg S.à r.l. in 2008 and is its managing director. She acts primarily as director for companies and statutory auditor of local and international structures.
Also, Florence is president of the Advisory Committee for confraternal control dedicated to the fight against money laundering and against the financing of terrorism within the OEC.
Before founding Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg S.à r.l., Florence has experience as a manager in external audit of financial structures and investment funds within Deloitte in Luxembourg for 6 years. She then served as internal auditor and head of Operational Risk Management Luxembourg investment funds at JPMorgan Asset Management Luxembourg for 4 years.
Florence graduated as a commercial engineer specialized in corporate finance. She studied at ICHEC in Brussels. She also studied a semester at the University of La Sapienza in Rome.
Florence speaks fluent French and English. She has advanced knowledge in Dutch and Italian. She is currently progressing in German and Luxembourgish.
Marc Meyers

Marc is specialized in accounting for Luxembourg operational enterprises (SMEs, independent and family businesses) and tax structuring. He led major assignments for FSP (fund management companies and asset managers).
Within FLUX, Marc is in charge of structuring and asset transfer for individuals and leaders of family businesses.
From 2009 to 2011, Marc was President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Board PROFIL (Federation of the financial sector) . He has worked over 13 years at Deloitte (Fiduciaire Générale de Luxembourg), including 4 years as a Partner responsible for Luxembourg SMEs. It has recently been Advisor to the Executive Committee of the Raiffeisen Bank.
Born in Luxembourg, Marc has a degree in commercial and financial sciences, with a specialization in accounting and audit from ICHEC, Brussels. It is certified «Middle Market Business Advisor «at IMD, Lausanne.
As a trainer, he speaks regularly on topics such as the Luxembourg commercial law, internal control and accounting standards of the Institute of Company Auditors, IFBL and at various conferences.
He is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
